A SPECIAL MESSAGE TO GAY CHRISTIANS SERVING IN MAINLINE CHURCHES

Today I want to talk to Gay Christians that are serving in mainline churches - Gay men and women, who love Jesus and want to contribute in ministry to the body of Christ.  I am referring to Pastors, Homecell Leaders, Councillors, Intercessors, Musicians and other forms of ministries.

My heart goes out to you, because I know how it feels to serve in a ministry where one has to hide your sexual orientation.  Living in fear of being exposed!  Maybe the leadership in your church knows that you are gay, but would not allow you to openly have a gay relationship.  Although you love the Lord and want to serve God, a part of you feels out of place (out of sync).  In other words, something is missing!

From my personal experience, this usually causes grief, making one constantly cry out to God.  I am also aware of how difficult your position is, especially when you are already established in a ministry. 

Have you been praying and asking God to show you His will? The Lord told me to encourage you and give you hope.

This message is directed to those that, God has already spoken to and/or is speaking to right now.  You know who you are!

On the 16^th of March 2010, while in prayer to God, I cried out to Him about certain things that were heavy on my heart.  In this time of prayer, the Lord showed me many people are stuck in situations, as mentioned above.

The Lord told me, His conviction would move on many of you. You will feel the tugging of the Holy Spirit on your hearts.

At the appointed time, God will release you and correctly align you to be in purpose!!

So be encouraged!  The Lord hears your cries and at the right time He will make a way for you.

Rom 8:28 – And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to HIS PURPOSE.

Eph 1:11 – In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being PREDESTINED  according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the council of HIS WILL.

This is not a call for people to leave their current churches, unless God specifically tells you to.

DO NOT! I repeat – DO NOT leave your church/ministry unless the Holy Spirit tells you to do so.

Gay men and women are also all predestined for a specific calling and purpose, to which we MUST obey.

Remember:  God does not bless YOUR plans, God only blesses HIS plans.

Wait on God all you faithfull.  The Lord will move on your lives soon.
